Shipping and Returns
We offer Free Shipping on all crushers and we ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 days.
Most orders are shipped the following day of order being placed. (Sometimes orders are delayed 1 day.)
Orders placed on Fridays will ship on Monday.
If your package shows up damaged please take pictures of the damaged product, the package with all the packing materials and email them to us. jerald@badasscrusher.com
This helps out with insurance through USPS.
We will send repair items or replace the crusher as needed.

Our warranty is 30 days but if you run into an issue after this period of time, please contact us.

Are the crushers ready to use, or is assembly needed?
All our crushers are ready to go right out of the box.
Attach an air supply and start crushing.
How big a can will BAC crushers crush?
All horizontal models (Man and Auto) will do 16 oz cans without the hopper, 12 oz cans with hopper attached.
Standard Vertical model: 12 oz
Vert-16 model: 12 & 16 oz
What are the dimensions?
Manual models: 20”L x 4”H x 5”W
Automatic: 20”L x 5.5”H x 5”W
What pressure is needed to operate?
100-110 psi recommended.
(Horizontal models will work down to 60 psi, just won’t crush the can as flat)
(Removing the exhaust silencers will add to the crushing power.)
No more than 120 psi as this may give issues.
How big of a compressor do I need?
Any compressor capable of putting out the above pressures will work.
The smaller the tank, the more the compressor will run while using the crusher.
How many cans does the hopper hold?
4 cans plus 1 in the crusher for a total of 5 cans when hopper is attached.
Do you offer a 16 oz hopper?
At this time we don’t offer a larger hopper.
Do you offer a hopper for the Vertical model?
No. With this design it’s not possible.
Do you offer a crusher for Soup Cans, etc.?
No. We looked into this option but the cost vs. demand wasn’t to our liking.
Do you do custom colors, engraving?
No. At this time we do not offer custom colors or engraving.
Do I need to oil the cylinder?
No. The cylinder is design to NOT be oiled. Doing so will decrease the life of it.
Anything special needed to hook up the crusher to my air supply?
A quick connect coupler will be needed.
We use Milton Type M couplers as they are the most popular design. (Available in the store)
It is highly recommended to attach an inline air filter for prolonged life.
A pressure regulator is recommended to keep the psi regulated at
100-110 psi.
We also recommend detaching the air supply while the crusher is not in use.
What kind of maintenance is required?
Besides cleaning the only maintenance would be changing the oil/water filter (If you attach one).
